Responsibilities Held:
➢ Leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire management and executive position candidates.
➢ Responsible for salary negotiation and closing of all vacant positions.
➢ Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
