Jeg har arbejdet med proces analyse, design, implementering og optimering siden 1997. I alle mine projekter har der været et indhold af bde teknologi, proces og mennesker, som i samspil skal levere den optimale værdi i en form for værdikæde.
Jeg har arbejdet for de største virksomheder i Danmark, samt en del store foretager i udlandet. Jeg begår mig godt i alle niveauer af en organisation, og er som regel vellidt pga mit behagelige gemyt og min evne til at holde fokus på et slutmål.
Jeg vil være et stærkt aktiv i forbindelse med enhver form for system implementering, grundet mine erfaringer fra tidligere. derudover kan jeg fokusere på enkelte processer, og optimere dem, gerne i tråd med det omkringliggende proceslandskab og aktører.
