I'm offering
Since I began full-time work, my career has followed 2 distinct but complementary paths: In the UK, I worked for local government, in community development, safeguarding & youth work for 10+ years. In October 2013, I moved to Swaziland after being selected for Programme Manager position for SHAMBA, & worked in the non-profit sector overseeing provision of early childhood care & education. Remaining in Swaziland after changes within SHAMBA, I formed Volve & began working in the construction, electrical, renewable energy & sales sectors as a Business Management/Change Consultant. For several clients, I managed daily/routine functions (incl. accounts payable & receivable, HR & payroll, management, stakeholder liaison) and managed projects. Specific projects included 'redesign' of business operations, policy development & managing software changes. I'm a highly skilled, solution focused, Project Manager with strong leadership skills. My results-orientated approach, together with a broad range of proven skills, is reflected in my CV. I possess excellent communication skills with exemplary interpersonal skills, partnership working & leadership skills. In my previous posts, I've always received excellent feedback from employers & partner agencies, proving my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in professional & effective manner. I very much enjoy working in a team, but I am also very comfortable working on my own. Furthermore, I'm a mature, experienced & respected leader with knowledge of the non-profit & profit sectors. All of my previous roles have required me to have a grasp of the 'big picture' & specific detail; my achievements & feedback from employers demonstrates my strength in this respect. I am a highly committed, enthusiastic & professional individual, meaning my dynamism is effectively & efficiently translated into significant results. I take a flexible approach & relish new challenges, always with a solution focused methodology.
