SPG Data provided fully hosted and managed, bespoke software solutions to a wide range of clients. The applications are typically aimed at clients with large numbers of remote, field-based employees who are required to report data centrally on a regular basis.
o I was solely responsibility for all technology related functions for the business, ranging from configuring and managing our internal IT infrastructure to designing, developing and on-going management of client applications.
o I maintained regular contact with clients to ensure applications are operating efficiently and to specification, together with ensuring SPG Data awareness of potential new business requirements and opportunities; particularly important for some major clients with in excess of 3000 users on the system with regularly changing requirements.
