My role was working autonomously developing and delivering the marketing strategy for the household garden waste collection, the Green Waste Club (GWC). Creating and delivering marketing initiatives to drive new business across a variety of channels. Also supporting the Resources & Energy division in positioning Biffa as the leader in world class recycling solutions through media, PR and events.

• Provide customer insight through profiling, satisfaction surveys and present recommendations to the business
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy utilising market research to inform and influence campaign development
• Deliver customer growth and retention by implementing targeted and measured B2C campaigns both online and offline
• Produce online content and campaigns to drive conversions for specific geographical areas
• Develop and deliver a Social media strategy to increase presence and conversions through selected channels
