Team Leader/ Social Care Worker

I am currently working here as a team leader social care worker caring for 12 male adults between the age of 20-70 with learning disabilities and mental health and also running shifts on allocated days.
As a support worker my duties are to care for them in every aspect of their daily lives.
This includes:
• All aspects of daily care - washing, bathing, feeding etc.
• Safeguarding them whilst accessing the community
• Working 1:1 with them if required based on their each individual needs, personal care plans and PBSPs
• Helping prepare meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper for the residents
