I am an experienced diversity and inclusion consultant, trainer and project manager with a track record of providing solutions to public, not-for-profit and private sector organisations, both large and small.
With a degree in Experimental Pschology and over 17 years of experience working as a consultant I have built a track record of delivering innovate solutions to organisations by working with HR departments, Diversity and Inclusion teams and others to identify the needs of the organisation by collecting and analysing quanitative and qualitative data from staff in organisations, identifying gaps, areas of concern and areas of good practice with respect to divesity and inclusion. I have the skills to work with the client to identify a plan to achieve their aspirations by providing innovative solutions which are in line with their business practice with positive results.
