I am Shashi Shekhar Singh. I did my academics in my home town Mirzapur, I have total experience in IT almost 4 years, and relevant experience in Networking 3 years 1 month. My Last Company was IMSI staffing PVT limited and the client is HCL and there I was giving L1 Networks Support and data center support In HCL. I was also a tower lead and Datacenter spoc person.
Jobs and responsibility was,
1. Providing necessary technical support to Data Center in HCL also troubleshooting analyzing the issue and preparing Monthly health report of data center and server rooms and asset management.
2. New device installation and configuration like Routers & Switches and Servers.
3. Doing Harding, EOL replacement, IOS Up-gradation, and Stack switch installation.
4. Alerts checking through NMMi monitoring tools and troubleshoot them and if not resolve my label create a ticket and send to concern team.
5. Troubleshoot priority incidents related to Routers & Switches and Servers.
6. Working on daily basis tickets like Port enable, VLAN changes, and participate priority calls.
7. In data centers issue coordinate with Vendors Engineers and allow escort entry in data center and Servers rooms.
