My primary responsibility is to conduct numerous intricate analytical bioassays including Florescent Focus Assay (FFA), Hemagglutination (HA) and Ovalbumin. My duties include but are not exclusive to:
➢ Remaining self educated in all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO and SOP rules to ensure complete compliance is achieved throughout all functions
➢ Reviewing data to ensure of GDP and GMP standards and enable critical product and regulated test release
➢ Producing high quality and accurate data for all stakeholders
➢ Implementation of automated techniques
➢ Utilising aseptic techniques, electronic and manual pipettes
➢ Working with primary and secondary Fluorescent Antibodies
➢ Processing manual cell counting using microscopes and automated cell plate readers
➢ Participating in the statistical process and control supports
➢ Conducting the simplification and standardization of technical testing reports
➢ Ensuring all reports are completed within the required deadlines and are prepared for audits and inspections
➢ Preparing reagents, stock and samples for various assays
➢ Managing the calibration and maintenance of equipment
➢ Making sure that the laboratory and equipment remains hygienically clean
➢ Calculating and interpreting data using validated software
