direct client contact with my assigned client, RBS. Work involved extensive use of Excel, from
handling large spreadsheets to manipulating data and creating mail merges with Word, as
well as using Outlook and Access. Aside from my main role processing voucher orders for
RBS, I assisted my team with the admin for other schemes as well. I received regular praise from clients and learned many new I.T. skills as well as further developed my already sound
team-working and communications skills. I was also told by my own management that my e-
mail writing skills were very strong (notably so). In addition to all stated, I also assisted the customer services team handling customer queries from time to time.
