Following the acquisition of Digital Look, I was asked to create CMC Markets' first customer
retention function. Successes included:
• Positioning Digital Look as the thought leader for personal investment data, helping win
thousands of consumers and corporate contracts with BBC, top banks and media outlets
• Creating the strategy and leading the marketing for MarketMaker:Investor Edition, the successful spread betting platform for investors
• Designing and leading the reactivation and retention programme for spread betting and
CFD trading customers in the UK and Europe. The programme was then replicated in Australia. Reactivated hundreds of trading customers each month
• Leading the migration of all CMC customers onto the new trading platform, migrating
5,000 customers, months ahead of schedule
