BT Global Kick-off is an internal staff conference for 400 senior BT sales staff. The event ran to a very tight budget with highly contradictory briefing from different stakeholders. Led
delivery team, draughting technical specifications, appointing suppliers and controlled
budget. Provided strong communication and firm pushback to clients in order to achieve
solutions that met the opposing objectives. Worked with the creative team to minimise
compromise and maximise outcome within financial limitation. With a very short
construction phase, deconfliction in the scheduling was carefully considered to ensure crew
safety.

conference stages of varying sizes, partner exhibition stands, and networking and catering
areas. Held overall responsibility for production delivery. Working with the executive
producer, met regularly with the lead client and their internal stakeholders to understand the brief and present production plans. Responsible for controlling the £7m production
budget and for leading the delivery team. Charged with project planning, running tender
process for supplier appointment and onsite scheduling. Chaired production meetings and mentored the junior team members. Onsite, led the team of 400 production crew and gave the daily briefing speaking to 35 department heads.
