Establishing extensive understanding of planning issues and constraints on multiple complex sites in counties across the country.
Crystal Palace: Project Architect and Interior Designer, from RIBA 2-4, on a 3-story public house within a complex site. Fully involved at all stages working in collaboration with a range of consultants to deliver all aspects of the design including an extensively detailed interior.
Felixstowe: A prominent site in the town with multiple schemes. As Project Architect, developed and submitted multiple schemes for a client to explore potential for the site, including residential, hotel and pub proposals.
Grays, Grade 2* listed cinema to be converted into a public house. Project manager, Involved post planning approval and endeavoured to discharge the Listed Building conditions in highly complex site with extensive asbestos issues. Conducted regular site meeting with Historic England and contractors to navigate the asbestos removal and restoration of the site with limiting damaged to listed elements.

Cambridge Terrace & Rutland Gardens: Two projects, both extensive refurbishments to create high-end residential houses. Worked with the client (a developer/interior designer). Responsibilities included developing the technical design and tender pack, and coordinating the other members of the design team. As the project developed, became more involved with the interior design, leading to a close collaboration with the client’s design team to effectively develop and coordinate. Answered RFI from the site manager and carried out built-as surveys.
Dollis Avenue: New-build apartment building. Responsible for running the project, liaising with client and consultants, coordinating the design process and developing the tender pack. Took initiative with making adjustment to design and programme as need and demand for variations arose.
