Working for the second largest division in Ricoh UK, my main responsibilities are to manage several different contracts across the Midlands providing print and mail services to our clients.
My duties include;
• Setting standards, monitoring performance, and managing large budgets.
• Building effective relationships with customers to enhance client service delivery.
