Working for the second largest division in Ricoh UK, my main responsibilities are to manage several different contracts across the Midlands providing print and mail services to our clients.
My duties include;
• Setting standards, monitoring performance, and managing large budgets.
• Building effective relationships with customers to enhance client service delivery.
• Leading and managing a team of staff within very fast paced environments and encouraging staff to deliver high standards to give a fantastic service to our customers.
• Ensuring our working environment within our customer locations are compliant and health and safety is adhered to.
