Clients would range from multinational enterprises in various industries to government entities and sovereign wealth funds.
• Creating and maintaining legal templates for products and services by working with senior leadership and product teams.

• Drafting an Open Source Software Management Policy and overseeing the creation of an OSS Council to ensure business-wide consistency in open source software use.
• Creating executive summaries of MSAs and other complex agreements for senior leadership, sales and delivery teams.
• Presenting legal training for new hires as well as designing bespoke training programs and materials for departments such as sales.

• Procuring appropriate global insurance policies based on contractual risks/obligations.
