job
Project Manager
LHH Penna.
The UK's leading integrated talent and outplacement service
My role at LHH Penna encompassed both Project Management and Client Services. I personally ran our largest account,
billing £800k annually, as well as simultaneously running 20+ other accounts. I was quickly promoted after excelling on
smaller projects. As the company had grown quickly, there were often issues with process management between
individuals and teams. I developed new systems to help ensure projects were managed more efficiently, and in some
cases rescued client relationships that were on the brink of collapsing.
Key Achievements
- Conceived and managed the conversion of a face-to-face talent development project for Salesforce to one that was
digitally delivered, increasing profit margin by 40%
- Developed surveys and used qualitative data-analysis of participant responses to inform programmatic changes
- Developed and implemented crisis management strategy to prevent loss of dissatisfied clients, retaining billings
- Developed workflow solutions to increase team capacity, meaning more revenue could be managed by fewer people
- Project managed multi-strand, multi-location programmes for change management, accelerate change, leadership
consulting and organisational development

Foreign Aid micro loans
I worked on a four-month programme in Mbale, Uganda, coaching 5 individual entrepreneurs to move their businesses from the informal sector to become functioning SMEs, with the ultimate goal of wealth creation through sustainable
development. The main day-to-day focus was developing 'investor-readiness' with the end goal being for the

skills, from concept validation, to testing product market-fit, building business/ finance models, and developing their pitch
decks. The role involved multiple challenges to help the entrepreneurs in a short timeframe and overcome cultural
boundaries.
Key Achievements
- 100% of my entrepreneurs achieved funding (against benchmark of 60%)
- Invited to join grant committee
- Creation of pitch documents with the entrepreneurs
- Presented results of the programme to Government Select Committee once back in London
- Boosted revenues of one entrepreneur by 500% in 6 weeks
- Developed one entrepreneur's business from being a sole trader to having 5 employees
- Developed network of Ugandan government officials to help bring products to market
- Influenced product development through market research and A/B testing
