Investment Director
• Established the UK based real estate investment management company, Euroterra Capital LLP, where I acted as Managing Director.

• Daily interaction with external asset managers on business plans, including preparing and agreeing budgets, reviewing property management accounts, and ensuring on time delivery of quarterly information.
• Active on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including asset and company acquisitions/sales.
• Developed network of agents to continuously source potential acquisition opportunities in London.

• Structured loan financing, equity raisings and advisory for joint ventures, development financing and acquisition funding.
