As an independent consultant, I am available to assess how well your Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) is working for your business and provide recommendations to ensure you are making the most of your investment. I also provide other services, such as creating PowerShell scripts, API Integrations and Data Warehousing, improving productivity, visibility and business strategy.
For the past 12 years, I have been working at Kaseya and then Datto, consulting with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Departments clients, to ensure they were getting the most out their RMM tool by delivering health checks, training, implementation and develop custom reports and scripts.
Before this, I have worked for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) where we built a Data Centre in London Docklands from scratch gained experience running both a Support Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC). I also have worked for an Application Service Provider (ASP) where I was responsible for all operations and tech support, I believe was the first company providing RMM Software as a Service (SaaS).
