I'm offering
Throughout my career, I’ve taken a keen interest in how many kinds of business operate (either from an internal vantage point or by advising and mentoring customers), to create appropriate tools, standards, processes and communities to share knowledge, expertise and drive growth.
With a design background, from scratch, I have developed numerous digital tools, capabilities and communities to drive retention and growth.
In addition to my consultancy, I write, speak and comment on a wide variety of emerging industry, business and technology-related issues. Themes include AI, social media, online privacy, business transformation, and ‘hot topics’ such as the Cambridge Analytica scandal to the challenges of AI.

job
Head of Customer Insight, Unily
Shell, Flight Centre, Eurobank, Telstra and Informa.
For over four years, I led key initiatives that improved the business's internal processes, customer engagement and its external market positioning. I helped standardise its consulting services; I introduced a unified customer engagement process and was responsible for creating its analytics and adoption reporting service. I also developed a new global customer success community to promote knowledge, best practice and self-service training with editorial, guides, webinars and conferences.
My role was additional focussed on troubleshooting key customer accounts (Shell, Flight Centre, Eurobank, Telstra and Informa) and improving the consulting teams' deliverables. I introduced new design deliverables; created digital workplace capabilities to help shape project requirements; and wrote numerous guides on how to maximise investment in the product. I also drove the development of external marketing themes, thought leadership, interviewing customers, and shaping external event content.
