As the former VP of Corporate Affairs, Worldwide Markets at Celgene from 2007 to 2020, Kevin built and led a fully integrated corporate affairs community encompassing communication, government relations and patient advocacy.
With a commitment to patients with rare diseases, Kevin was the Vice-Chair of the EBE-EuropaBio Joint Taskforce on Rare Diseases, an industry representative on the European Union Committee of Experts on Rare Diseases and Chair of the IFPMA Working Group on Rare Diseases.
Prior to Celgene, Kevin spent seven years at Novartis; three years as Head of UK Government Relations and four years as Director of European Government Affairs, based in Brussels. During this time, he was responsible for managing relationships with the European Parliament, European Commission, as well as the official representatives of the EU Member States.
Kevin, a former Public Health Epidemiologist in the UK NHS, has a PhD in Environmental Epidemiology from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
