I'm offering
An operational leader, experienced in Lean thinking and applying the theory and practices of World Class Manufacturing (WCM). A track record of engaging teams to achieve sustainable performance improvement as leader of business change programmes at multiple sites in a range of manufacturing industries and business maturities.
I studied Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering at Loughborough and completed my MSc at Warwick University before starting my career in the Automotive sector. It was during the 5 years spent in this sector that my passion for Lean really grew, leading me to become a Lean6Sigma Black Belt. I then spent a decade working in FMCG leading the site Lean change program and latterly moving into Engineering and Operations Leadership roles at the UKs biggest brewer.
I focus on delivering three key elements that enable manufacturing organizations to succeed & thrive: high people engagement and development; strong leadership team with a compelling vision of the future; and the development of Lean/WCM processes that underpin a sustainable, competitive advantage. I am a data driven decision maker, and excel in helping businesses with poor quality or incomplete data to analyse their data and make better decisions.
