Produce high quality and timely weekly, monthly and quarterly key performance and data quality reports and ensuring robust working papers/audit trails are in place.
Carry out analysis of different sources of data across the directorate and partner organisations (e.g. Google Analytics, 15Billion, Frameworki) and provide evidence base and intelligence to support the design of systems and processes to improve services.
