I hold overall accountability for work package plans, risk assessments, briefings and project
management, from conception to completion.
• Overseeing the construction design process, working with architects to understand
drawings and accurately advising on build-ability, resourcing and product selection, with budgets of circa £200m.
• Acting as the Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) for Network Rail interface works
for the project. Worked in close coordination with NwR ASPRO team.
o The project included retail and public space (including green belts and trees) built
above 6 running rail lines.
o I produce project plans and site work programmes to minimise the risk of train
disruption on the East Anglia route to and from Liverpool Street Station.
o I also book possession slots and produce MS/RA and WPPs in line with the rail
regulations and ensure infrastructure safety.
• Briefing subcontractors/temporary workers on requirements, with outlining of project
milestones in line with the ER's and most recent designs. This also includes clear
handovers to contractors.
• Ensuring accurate project tracking/sequencing of works by seeking updates from subcontractors and collating progress reports, flagging any concerns with Project
Partners i.e. Project Director and Commercial Manager.
• Maintainingstrong relationships with all project stakeholders with open and transparent
communication channels i.e. regular site progress meetings.

I worked as TW Coordinator, project engineer and site manager for a cut and carve project in Mayfair, London for Collins Construction. I worked as a contractor for the project.
The project was to part demolish existing buildings, remove roofs of two grade 2 listed
buildings and to construct a new contemporary steel frame and metsec lightweight structure.
Project value was 20M Pounds Stirling.
Due to Covid19 outbreak the site was shut down and I was released off my services. During
my time at the project I had following responsibilities;
• Chairing design team meetings involving designers, architects and contractors of over 15-
20 people.
• Inspiring design consultants to produce their best work by using their full experience,
resources and talents in a cost effective way.
• To ensure demolition works are done safely and accurately.
• Taking lead on supervising and managing all Piling operations in tight site conditions.
• To ensure setting out engineer provides gridlines and datums at key stages of the project.
• To ensure ITPs are in place and works are carried out in compliance with the design.
• To make sure all quality assurance and compliance documents are produced and are
properly saved.
• Produce TW briefs. Ensure TWs are suitably designed. Ensure right sequence is followed.
All the documents are produced like TW design, TWs checks, Drawings, Sequence, and correct Permits are in place.
• Coordinate with the subcontractors to ensure correct sequence of works is agreed.
Ensure correct RAMS, Work Package Plans and Task Briefs are ready before works
commence on site.
• Coordinate and work together with external H&S managers, Insurers, client side teams to ensure all the works on site are being done correctly and to the right standards.
• Work with the senior team in order to produce progress reports for the client.
• Coordination with the building control for design approvals and site visits.
• Tower crane TW design, installation and operation. Ensure crane allocations are done
and correct usage priority is set.
