About me:
I joined Midland Bank straight after finishing school, and whilst employed with them I
learned many skills.
I up skilled to a Head Teller and Service Quality Assurer and then side stepped to the Busi-
ness Advisory role where I co-ordinated with business customers making up portfolios for the business managers.
I then joined Picture of Health club as an assistant manager.As well as taking on manage-
ment duties, I was responsible for co-ordinating the gym classes, and personal training in the gym.I was also responsible for training junior instructors.
When I Joined RBS in 1998 I started off as a Financial Adviser.
The Financial Adviser role entailed reviewing customers accounts, and selling product in-
cluding insurance products, to help them with their needs, and requirements. I then took on the role of mentoring new advisers joining RBS.
I found that role very rewarding, as there was a lot of respect between us, and that helped
us to frequently achieve our targets.
I was then very fortunate to then help start a pilot scheme for Financial Education .This
has been very successful with the extra curriculum in schools. I trained other members of staff to deliver lessons to the pupils, so that they could deliver
I won the enterprise award in 2010 for training and delivering financial education to tea-
chers and pupils alike.
As well as financial education, I was also involved in service quality coaching, which me-
ant coaching members of staff on customer service, in which we were very successful in bringing our service scores to a successful level.
I joined Learn Direct as a Trainer Assessor and had a case load with the Lloyds Banking
Group and visited the learners on a regular basis, both in Community Banking and Telepho-
ne Banking
This was to help them achieve their Providing Financial Service qualification in both level 2
and 3.
I had caseloads with HMRC in which I supported them in achieving their Business Admin
level 3 and Operations Delivery Level 3.
I currently work at Gleneagles Health Club teaching and instructing Dance Aerobics, Fitness
Pilates, Circuits, and Metafit.

Reading, traveling, music, aerobics, running, drama, cycling.
