The clients I was responsible for were complex international brands. I used my excellent client relationship skills to develop long lasting productive connections with senior stakeholders and to educate them on how a Content Marketing Strategy can help their business by understanding their business needs and challenges.

My role was to provide project management support for the delivery of design & build solutions.
I led on driving digital marketing strategies for clients within the business, bringing their traditional offline brand activities to life online. Providing strategic direction to clients by hosting workshops to understand the personas for the new websites and how we could provide relevant and engaging content to these personas.
I supported the agency operations inputting on improvements to current process and approach to the digital offering of the business.
Clients include: Hags, Holts, Salts Healthcare, Crawfords, Equazen
Pizza Hut Restaurant (Contract 6 mths).
Working directly with the marketing team to support the CRM Strategy. A hands on role built emails within CCMP platform and wrote copy for emails. Supported the implementation of an engagement and loyalty strategy, developing programs such as Welcome Programs, App program, Social Emails, Discount Emails. Ensuring the customer had a consistent journey when they engaged with the brand.
