I have recently finished a three-year degree at the University of South Wales, studying BSc Sound Engineering for three years. Within these three years, I was able to be trained within several different avenues of audio engineering; this included sound design for moving image. Alongside my studies, I have experience working on several short films as a sound mixer, sound designer, boom operator and sound recordist. While working on these short films I made use of several top-quality studio spaces specifically designed for sound design for film and television, allowing me to mix in several formats such as 5.1, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos. I also have the appropriate training in industry-standard software, such as pro tools and have been trained to use Dolby Atmos technologies coherently. Alongside my studies, I have experience within the television industry, working on a freelance basis in BBC Roath Lock Studios as a Sound Assistant since 2017 on several major BBC productions. This work has allowed me to gain the necessary experience within the filed and further develop my knowledge and skills that were created fundamentally through my studies at university.

Now finished with my studies, I am currently working as a sound designer with a home studio, that consists of a number of industry standard audio units and software. This has allowed me to work on a number of moving image projects as a sound designer and sound mixer.
