When I started in GlobalConnect, the company was in a transition process where all IT-systems, primarily the then used ERP system Visma and the Microsoft CRM system went through a total makeover. My role was to design the CRM system to match the needs of all five Sales Departments and the Sales Support (Presales) Department and to implement it.
Facilitating change - system and process-wise - continued to be very relevant as GlobalConnect has acquired 2 companies since we introduced the new IT-systems, as well as they are undergoing a large growth in the German organization.

• End2End process key person to define how Sales should cooperate
with the rest of the organization
