Prior to this role I was a Personal Injury Account Executive, with full involvement from first stage capture to stage 2. In the run up to the referral fee ban in April 2013, along with our partners at Proddow Mackay LLP, I spearheaded OJM Law LLP as a solution. As such we were successfully awarded ABS status by the SRA on April 2013. Furthermore we also successfully adopted a 25% via the CFA and not a DBA to be in line with SRA and MOJ regulations. This model has also been successfully used by our strategic partners such as Scot Rees and Co solicitors. My last project has been with Reporto and its six subsidiaries for compliance with MEDCO
this has also been in anticipation of regulation changes by the SRA, specifically effecting direct medical referral from law firms to self-appointed medical agencies.

This is a highly sought out internship with the selection process choosing only one candidate for every 450 applicants. This was a multisite internship with the bulk of the time spent at the Barbican Offices. As well as observing the application of operational methodology being applied over a complex network. Personal development objectives were developed with a view to instil the tools to perform in a professional and fast paced commercial environment.
