Feb '15 Attended EDF authorized test facility in Paris to complete the safety qualification test to allow approval for EDF Hinckley point C nuclear power plant. This test was successful allowing my designed nuclear mechanical assembly to be used within the inside containment areas of a nuclear power plant. I was leading a team of engineers for current in service nuclear actuator product support and the development of this new product range. My position included the responsibility of driving the engineer's workloads, increased dealings with suppliers, costs and signing off engineers project work. I have undertaken leadership / management training to aid my senior position. I supported my manager with budgets and director level information, presentations and reports.
