On Boots Global Brands working across No7, Liz Earle, Soltan, CYO and others launch for new serum where a consistent approach needed to be implemented to briefing, resourcing,
production and financial management, while maintaining the individuality of the Creative resourcing/building team structures
brands. By reviewing briefs with the wider team the best resource from the creative, social and PR teams were utilised to produce the most relevant
content. A more defined creative team structure was put in place to ensure that
projects were no longer over resourced.
