Nordea.
I have been working as external Senior Project Manager at the Vizier program; the program was started on behave of ECB (European Central Bank) and FSA (Finanstilsynet) findings in 2015.
The project I have been working at is the Change Management processes; E2E at the departments at Group IT and the BITA´.
The tasks were e.g. setting up production gates, so that we were sure that the test strategy in Nordea was used and the evidence was correct, before IT Change Management in Operations starts working at a timeslot for the change or a release of the new solution.
Administration task:
Excellent knowledge of the Nordea organisation, including the whole process with recruitment from the Job profile at CPro thru procurement, including onboarding team at People, finding places for the too be seated and getting onboarded at the new tasks and managers; this task was for new consultants and employees in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Poland.
Making reports for the steering committee, dialogue with key stakeholders about the scope, including Internal Audit/QA and the business units, had the coordination of all tasks with the project resources and secure that everything was working e.g. at the release evenings, until we at the end of the releases could communicate a “Go/No-Go” for the changes at the releases.
Selected results
• Implemented 2 productions gate, so Nordea is compliant at my part of the program; including reduction of the E2E lead time for the change process from 5 weeks to 1 day
• Established KPI´s for the management, so they can see the level of compliant; Established focus at the tasks for today and the next week to have focus the right place,
• Established focus at the economy and forecast at the product together with the roadmap, including handing over the project to the department, there have to run the tasks and controls at basic organisation, including personal, there were trained at the tasks.
