My duties included but was not limited to:
● Managing all the Tesco influencer projects with budgets ranging from £15k to £85k
● Serving as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, present on all calls and meetings related to my projects.
● Pulling together contact reports, debriefs and align team/client on next steps through the projects
phases.
● Owning the internal resource process beyond my projects and across the wider business,
managing weekly meetings, plugging in resource diligently to avoid over-burn, managing-up any

weekly basis to input into the wider business forecast.
