I have excellent communication and listening skills The roles in communication have stretched from communicating changes to customers/members to putting together a change campaign for fellow employees who may be working onsite or abroad in an office in India.

I am able to pull content together myself or manage a team and help facilitate the content creation and delivery. I am confident in using my own initiative to make decisions when I need to, always taking into consideration other people, how they work and what is best for them. As we are coming into a new age of working dynamically, I have also understood the new ways of working dynamically and in a more 'agile' way. This means I can deliver value and quality both efficiently and sooner.

Naturally, I'm a people's person have a track record of networking, building strong and sustainable relationships. T I am enthusiastic to learn new skills and improve the ones I already possess. Meeting deadlines, working under stress and keeping up to speed with my responsibilities within fast paced environment has now become second nature. I am part of a digital generation which heavily relies on technology and media. This has meant I have become fluent in using a range software packages, Microsoft and apple programmes, mobile phone apps and other databases. I have completed courses and training in Scrum, the LEAN Agile methodology, Scum 101, SAFe and many more prove that I'm always learning and growing.
