About Judit
Until recently I have been leading a 2-year technical transformation project with a team of 15 people across 4 functions within a highly regulated SaaS business. The work involved rebuilding the current product with better UX and UI into a V2 stack. I was responsible for planning the entire project pipeline and defining the backlog (as PO), validating and translating business needs into architecture briefs for UX and technology, sometimes also running the dev scrum team (when we were short-handed). As a board director I was also acting as client lead collaborating with sponsors and technology partners.
Otherwise I’m a digital professional with 12-years experience in: UX, PM/PO, Strategy, Client management. Earned my stripes in London’s well-known independent and network agencies (including Langland, McCann, Havas and FCB).
I prefer working in an Agile setting where possible, delivering UX-first.

2021 - 2022
job
Director of Product (Board Director)
Pharmadoctor.
PharmaDoctor brought me on board initially as a UX consultant, however I recommended a rebrand first in the value of £250k.
I then moved into setting up a 15-strong product team: created a team of UX designers, developers, PMs, creatives and marketeers from the ground up. Our aim was to execute £2.5m of product pipeline and related advertising and marketing activities.
• Planned the product development pipeline of Pharmadoctor’s V2 product (transformation)
• Implemented scalable product delivery processes to enable high velocity agile delivery with multifunctional teams (scrum and kanban)
• Led UX team directly, overseeing Development and Medical with direct report Leads
• Acted as PO on high-impact functions (including architecture planning)
• Working with strategic technology partners (Lime insurance, Klarify)
• Delivered 30 high volume marketing campaigns annually
• Strategic product marketing lead working with pharmaceutical partners
• Gave industry talk (Pharmacy Show) and judged creative awards (PM Digital Awards)

Head of Production and UX
PharmaDoctor.
PharmaDoctor brought me on board initially as a digital and UX consultant, however it was clear they needed to rebrand before they can rebuild their product.

2018 - 2018
job
Senior Account Director
Blue Latitude Health.
Blue Latitude Health approached me to head up the same account I was working on when I worked with them previously. The account budget tripled YOY, the client relationship was problematic and they needed someone to manage the transition and grow the team. They knew I've had a great relationship with the client from my previous time there and was familiar with the account, BLH's offering and processes - I was happy to be able to help.

2016 - 2018
job
Senior Digital Producer, Client Lead
Radical Departures.
Initially I was hired to fill in for the Head of Production while on maternity leave for 10 months. Most of Radical Departures' business is from learning and development production (mostly film), however I complemented the team with my marketing, advertising and digital skillset. I managed to successfully lead pitches and win a £0.5m web portal project and the agency's first branding and advertising business as well. With all this extra work, they asked me to stay on for another year and then some. I lead the projects we've won and grew the creative and development teams with some new hires. I helped transform the agency's digital capabilities, laid down new processes, held staff trainings to upskill colleagues and I also lead the rebrand of the agency.
I am most proud of the digital team being runner up of the Digital Team of the Year at the PM Awards, winning one silver for Sequirus Training and one bronze for Neva Training at the PMs. You can see the case study here on Neva training.

job
Digital Project Manager
Langland.
At the time, Langland was still privately owned and highly successful. The year and a half I worked there the agency won Agency of the Year at Cannes and I've had the opportunity to work on some projects that were entered into the awards. I worked as part of a PM team, however at one point I was the only PM aside from the Head of Delivery and had to handle a very high volume of projects at times. I've learnt a lot and got a taste for UX design and working as part of a top-notch digital/development team.

2013 - 2014
job
Senior Account Executive
Havas Life Medicom.
I joined the fast-growing brand team and worked across a number of really creative and fun accounts and projects. I was part of the account team but having come from a delivery-led agency I brought some useful PM skills to the table.
I am most proud of the multiple PM Award winning Dysphagia campaign which I've worked on and led. I was there throughout conception (in fact I came up with a couple of the ideas that got executed), I was hands on at the photo shoot, worked very closely with copy and design and handled the client relationship. You may ask why they'd give a big campaign to an SAE? The account and the project were both was very small (the budget for the execution was £15k!) and so they've trusted ittomeasI've struck a great relationship with the Brand Manager.
