Tricel.
Role: Marketing Lead for Tricel Composites GB and Tricel Composites NI responsible for planning, implementing and measuring all marketing campaigns across the UK, looking after three depots in GB and Northern Ireland. Reporting to Global Head of Marketing and managing a Marketing Assistant and Sales Representative. Currently responsible for two e-commerce websites, and one lead generation website, as well as all print requirements for the business. I completed a full rebrand of the company in 2017 including all online and offline channels, managing with internal and external stakeholders, senior management and local and national press. In 2018 I improved conversion 74% on our ecommerce platforms by implementing a joined up approach across online and offline platforms. This resulted in a cost saving of 40% year on year. Since being in post I have implemented sales plans incorporating both composites and wider company marketing plans. This has resulted in a 10% cost savings company wide and being able to concentrate team efforts and abilities where most needed. In addition to this, I have also overseen the movement of two depot locations ensuring a smooth transition for customers and suppliers alike.

I worked with clients to achieve outcomes using various methods that included stakeholder engagement events, communications - both inward and outward facing, social media management, micro-site web building using Wordpress and PR to ensure campaigns were recognised nationally and picked up in local, national and international press. Highlights of my time at ICE included winning a PRide award for the work that we did with Black communities to raise awareness for the need of more organ donors.
