I am a senior C++/C#/.NET/PHP software architect/developer with focus on solving complex
problems and designing large systems. Latest within software for medical diagnosis of 2D/3D
scanning images and a web crawler robot all in C++11/14 and Qt.
I am also strong within design of systems which work across platforms mainly Linux,
Windows. Prominent examples are an advanced web scraper/robot in C++/PHP/Python and a
new “product guide engine” which utilises the scraper and a new generic server backend based
on ElasticSearch. Both relying heavily on Open Source.
My background from the University and early professional experience is within digital
electronics (ASIC design) and embedded linux and game programming.
I am probably a typical engineer in the sense that I can't help optimizing and improving on
every “problem” I come across. I am particular good at coming up with solutions on seemingly
impossible problems. Typically this is achieved by having close contact to colleagues and
customers/users.
