Fixed term contract with GSK, a global healthcare company, to develop and implement a communication and culture change campaign, based around the concept of 'Be You', at a global level. Campaign successes:
• Stakeholder management resulting in 62 different countries involved, from 150+ sites, and across all businesses;
• Digital Workplace Campaign, with external speaks broadcast globally;
• Combined, posts, comments, reactions, share and views = 323k;
• Increased group membership by 9.4%;
• Increased Workplace engagement score by 704% - from 0.16-1.32 and a 162% on previous year's campaign; and
• Huge positive feedback from top tier leaders at the company and cited as major achievement of the HR team.

ADP is a world leader in payroll and HCM software and systems. As the learning communications manager I was responsible for the promotion and communication of new learning initiatives. Successes include:

• Standardised internal branding across 17 business units, resulting in centralised branded collateral that enabled editing at local level;
• Developed and implemented global communication plans that promoted the team's value through measurable results and business impact;
• Developed new channels and honed existing channels to promote the team successes;
• Partnered with product marketing and project teams to promote learning to external clients; and
• Lead the communication work and co-lead the overall 'Virtual Learning Summit' which bought together 800 associates, achieving a +98.9 NPS.

Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC is a leading financial services company providing consumers and business financial solutions. Successes during my time there as internal communications executive include:
• Implemented robust communications strategy delivering five monthly all staff communications, including the CEO update, and introduced new communication channels, including video utilised by CEO and executive leadership team;
• Implemented and delivered monthly all staff magazine and managed the volunteer editorial team;
• Managed ad hoc staff the communications, utilising the channels available;
• Introduced and managed on-site events such as CEO town halls and roadshows;
• Developed the group intranet to provide an engaging tool to communicate news stories; and
• Implemented and ran mentoring circles programme to address under representation of women in management roles and above. Huge success with over 50 participants in year one, two of which moved into management roles shortly after.
