product ranges etc. and the chain of stores achieve a plus in net profit.
The process of a pharmacy was also very successful. It is an ongoing cash cow for DLG and the set up ensures
DLG a profit even if the business doesn't make a profit in itself. The international collaboration between
subsidiaries have created an expansion within exchange of strong brands. The business development has
improved the brand awareness and the net profit on each expanded brand. Etc.

border collaboration between the directors. The program took 1 ½ years.
• Program manager of the educational program Philosophical Therapy for psychotherapists and abuse
therapists. Philosophical Therapy is a new mindful way of helping people to create an awareness about
values, ways of thinking, priorities, and social constellations. The students achieved a variety of methodologies in order to fulfil the needs of their clients. It was a six months program.
• In collaboration with 4Player - the educational unit for professional football and handball players - I
developed and carried out a transition program for present and previous professional soccer players. The
program should help them with a smooth transition from 'the field to the scene'. The program was an
outplacement program supporting their carrier change and employability in new industries.
• Furthermore, I have been program manager at Master of Business Coaching within applied philosophy and the history of philosophy. I have orchestrated Master classes within Leadership Philosophy. I have
organized training sessions within Business Coaching applying the cognitive approach, the psycho-dynamic
approach and the systemic-narrative methodologies. My teaching experience does also include programs
within Process Management and Project Management. Over the last two years, I have also been teacher at Master of Public Governance within Externalisation and Protreptic Dialogues and worked as supervisor on
Master Thesis within Master of Business Coaching.

have introduced a new conceptual framework called 'social/family constellation' inspired by the psychiatrist Bert Hellinger. It is a very powerful approach in order recreate a systemic balance in social
relationships. I have used it to handle conflicts and dysfunctional group of management teams.
• I have been responsible for a number of executive coaching sessions with middle and top management
people. The overall topic has been conflicts with managers and processes of transition or carrier
development. The key success factor has been to develop an awareness of their own situation and capacity to overcome negative patterns of collaboration.
• Project manager of podcast-productions, film production and responsible of content marketing. Idea
and Project Manager of establishing an alumni club for previous students and customers at Copenhagen
Coaching Center called CCC Community.
• Furthermore, I have carried out +80 feedbacks on BIG 5 personality tests and been responsible for
recruitment processes. In addition to that, I have provided different organisations with team coaching and supervision of management groups within coaching.
Achieved results
CCC has developed an international profile with high quality in deliverables. We furthermore, expanded the market for a smooth transition process for previous and present professional football players. I developed a
strong educational program within Philosophical Therapy and CCC got an improved market profile within
Coaching. CCC has never previously received such a positive feedback from students and clients.
