I'm offering
In 2014 and after nearly 10 years working in Graduate Recruitment for law firms, professional services and an FMCG company, I decided to set up my own consultancy business, Star Potential.
Star Potential is designed to help Early Careers teams, universities or suppliers within the industry during their busy cycles or support them with specific projects. Rather than hiring an interim contractor or temp, Star Potential provides a greater level of flexibility in getting work completed. It can mean that those working within or with Graduate Recruitment functions can focus on key work or deadlines, yet maintain the high quality of work expected during the busy Graduate recruitment and marketing cycles.
Whether it's help with a particular project or review, outsourcing a process like screening, interviewing or providing feedback, or helping with campus activity, the work can be done at either an hourly, daily or weekly rate.
For more information, please email me at ********@****.***
