I am organisational change consultant specialising in managing people side of change with culture change design and delivery through people engagement. I have almost 22+ years of culturally diverse industry experience in both public and private sectors across UK, Middle East, Pakistan, Asia Pacific, Africa, Azerbaijan, Australasia and New Zealand. I work with senior leadership teams and people impacted by change to get their buy-in and support for sustainable change benefits. I apply key principles of change management to the strategy and methodology of change, these include; business case for change, stakeholder's analysis and engagement strategy with plans, change impacts assessments and change action plans, fostering right culture with culture assessments, building change networks and communications strategy with plans, ensuring business readiness with training needs assessments and plans. The most significant changes delivered are (1) technology led transformational changes including SAP S4 HANA, /other technologies & strategy for AI based transformation (2) culture change initiatives in M&A and significant digital transformations /new ways of working scenarios (3) organisation design with capability development (4) training needs assessments with team development and (5) leadership development through delivering talks for corporate leaders and executives. Alongside my consulting practice, I also lecture at the business school in the University of Brighton as a visiting lecturer, I teach "International Management and Leadership" and "Organisation Design and Development", subjects include "digital transformation /digital leadership & digital culture", global leadership development", "cross cultural management", talent management and "culture and emotional intelligence". I also deliver educational talks for the leadership teams and C-suite executives for organisations in and outside the UK. My recent talks include "culture a key contributor to the success of the organisation" for the Sussex foundation mental health trust and the Birkbeck College, University of London, school of occupational psychology.
