Working with iHub, a telecoms service company, I have formed part of the senior team working to deliver a product launch as well as a growth and retargeting effort. The company needed a product marketing team to help publish a new ecommerce platform, automating and innovating in the telephony space. I was brought in to help release the product and develop marketing strategy and messaging, leading to a full rebrand for the product and company complete with operations, website, SEO and fulfilment overhaul.
My role at iHub now encompasses senior management responsibility, managing the whole product team including UI/UX, front and back end development as well as reorganizing the sales team and setting KPIs.
