My role was a typical business/system analyst role, Producing business cases and options papers then taking a project from the initial requirements through to implementation, to highlight some of the tasks I undertook whilst in this position:

• Identification of the initial requirements via interview and workshops with internal and external stakeholders and users
• A project I was business analysis for was in making changes to the existing payroll platform to make it scalable for the next 10 years of business. The change was to bring move to the PenServer and Compendia platform.

• Database entry tasks to cover short term needs, typically the work was quoted in multiples of days and I'd halve the original quote. This worked well for my reputation with the client and the agency.
