Launch New Business: I was brought in a few months before the business's public opening to form how The Fifth will introduce itself to the influencer marketing space. I creatively and strategically shaped the creative brand identity, influencer community relationships and to concepted and art directed The Fifth's launch campaign and first phase site.
Conceptual Creative: The success of the launch campaign attracted new briefs and I creatively lead and develop campaign concepts for all incoming client briefs.
New Business: Secured The Fifth's largest client budget & first National campaign by proactively pitching to existing brand contact.
Production: Oversee & manage campaign budgets, handpick and hire entire production teams, influencer talent and creative talent to bring campaign concepts to life.
Community Host: Facilitating investment in to the next generation of creators. I have often been a provider of in kind funding; offering resources and studio access to aspiring and emerging influencer, art and creative talent. This informs the company's creative collaboration culture and their ability to understand and nurture talent within the local community. I noticed that in house studios at News UK were always free in the evenings. Many young adults in the creative industry in London work during the day whilst trying to develop their respective brands so the evening is actually the most ideal time for productivity. I host studio sessions for a diverse mix creatives established and emerging grassroot community content creators as it is important for me to give back and invest in local communities and the next generation of creators.

Community Founder: Founded art community Kanaiza out of passion for the diaspora arts. It has attracted thousands of art lovers and artists around the world. My hand curated online gallery has attracted over 24,000 artists, art dealers, art & culture enthusiasts and prominent celebrities over the last 6 months.
Art Curator: I hand pick and curate art for the Kanaiza online community, which attracts an average of 1000 new followers every week.
Artist Representative: Kanaiza has built a reputation as a trusted Diaspora Art tastemaker platform, making it the afro diaspora's platform of choice. I represent an eclectic mix of visual artists and artisans from UK & Africa (Kenya, South Africa & Nigeria)
Cultural Exhibition Curator: I curate physical art experiences that delve in to cultural experiences through an art lens. In January 2020 I will be hosting and curating 'No Shoes On My Carpet': a month long immersive art installation celebrating the African Living room experience supported by The Mayor of London.
