As Shapes Design’s Marketing Director since 2006, I currently direct all aspects of both the creative and technical elements of our marketing and communication initiatives for both our business and clients' campaigns, including brand creation, exhibition stands, roadshows, print and digital collateral, social media marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation and customer segmentation and profiling.

Having worked as a Communications & Marketing Manager within BBC Radio for six years (2000-2006), I not only have the necessary skills, experience and qualities required for strategic marketing, I also have a thorough understanding of the challenges of working in a large organisation. I have extensive experience in the external briefing of agencies, as well as 10+ years of commercial experience operating agency-side taking briefs and delivering creative solutions for blue-chip clients, including Panasonic, Thingstream, CooperVision, Sky et al.

I am a clear communicator, have excellent written and verbal skills and can easily relate to people at all levels. I am a fast learner and capable of handling multiple priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment. I have a proven track record in marketing, communications, events and design, as well as being commercially astute, driven, highly numerate, IT literate, and have always taken responsibility for my work.
