With over 40 years in the construction industry, award-winning PHI-Tech Architecture has a wide experience of building from Housing Association refurbishment to aircraft hangars, and different construction methods from traditional brick/block to steel frame and curtain walling systems.
Working throughout the UK and Europe, we specialise in the production of drawings and documentation for tender packages, Building Regulation submissions and construction, covering Stages 3 to 5 of the RIBA Plan of Work.
We have successfully produced construction information for diverse projects such as:
- a 32 storey residential scheme,
- an award-winning £8.6m eco-friendly housing association development,
- Ministry of Defence works including a tank hangar extension, new offices and a new naval training school,
- nuclear facilities and,
- the largest aircraft maintenance hangar (at the time of construction) in the United Kingdom.
Working closely with architects and other industry professionals, we approach our work from a science and technology point of view.
We take on large and small projects and collaborate with like-minded professionals to provide documentation where required.
