● The JV with initial investment USD13m was established in 1997 after 9 month Feasibility study done by me. I took the position Executive Manager with sales & marketing duty similar to above in Swire. But the sales coverage was whole China market. I directly reported to the GM of the JV & worked closely with HQ of Schneider Electric in France.
● I was the leader of the S & M team with staffs over 30nos in China. My team responsible to sell the electrical engineering product to building services sectors too. The major customers were Design Institute, End User, contractor, builder, government bodies, general construction & plants.
● My sales & project management role was similar to previous jobs in Swire but major customer became more international oriented as more foreign investment & parties involved in China market taking the advantage that we were international brand but local made in China.
