• Ringfenced Bank Global Trade & Receivables Finance (Commercial Banking) – leading a team of 2 project managers and 5 business analysts to manage the execution phase of 5 migration events over a 4-month period and a suite of new bank ready fast follower changes. With similar responsibilities to my Foreign Currency Account role, this was particularly challenging due to the complex nature of the products and business areas involved and the speed of successive migrations. Key to my success with this role was my ability to juggle multiple priorities and parallel activities and manage me team efficiently to support them.
• Ringfenced Bank Foreign Currency Account (Commercial & Retail Banking) – took over project management of struggling change and implementation workstream to plan and deliver business readiness and implementation management for three high profile deployment events over a 5-month period. Key responsibilities included leading a team of 5 business analysts, translation of technical changes into business impacts and activities (process, procedures, communications), facilitating cross organisation working groups and stakeholder updates, planning, RAIDs, business runbooks, contingency planning and business incident management.
• New Personal Loans Programme – project managed the Change and Implementation work stream through the Initiation Phase.
