• The flight is an individual module that represents the presentation layer of eGaruda. It provides a rich UI interface to the customers to make their effort on the web much easier & comfortable by providing all the functionalities on just a mouse click away.
• It provides the customers to search for the flights with various search preferences. It provides various filters like airline filter, layover filter, connection time filter, departing time filter, fare matrix filter & nearby airport filter which makes the customers much comfortable & easier to find the flight for their travel based on their needs. The home page images of the application are vector image & it gets change based on Indian festivals.
• It allows the customers to review the travel & to block & book the flights. It also provides the customers with various tools like adding travelers to their account, having a track of last login details, having a track of their past recent searches. It also provides the customers to view their past, current & blocked itineraries, & it also provides the customers to print their itineraries. It keeps track of the IP addresses to the site & the search criteria & several other request types.
Responsibilities:
• Developed & re-designed user interfaces with enhanced navigation including maintenance of the existing product's screens by utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Java Server Pages (JSP), jQuery, JavaScript, Adobe PhotoshopCS5.5. Assist in the creation of the requirements during the product definition phase. Responsibilities include the analysis of the requirements of the product.
• Constructed dynamic pages using JSON/Ajax calls.
