Retained following closure of this programme and completed a business readiness assessment of a project to implement a financial revenue accounting system, before being appointed operating model lead for a new holidays business.
* Facilitated sessions with the existing outsourced supplier to understand and document the as-is processes and used this knowledge to develop a comprehensive view of the business capabilities, with supporting process architecture and the associated resourcing and technology requirements.
