I started as Group CIO in Aller Group with a clear target of transforming a paper product-oriented
organization into a modern digitized organization spanning from weekly, daily over marketing service
companies to travel agencies.
During the last 4 years, I have transformed both an IT organization into one shared service group starting
from 4 different local organization while simultaneously consolidating and developing the Aller Groups
collaboration and online offerings through latest technology trends rebuilding almost the entire IT
landscape using cloud, AI and a service-based architecture going from waterfall to agile thinking. At the same time infrastructure has been completely rebuild moving a majority of solutions towards cloud
hereunder implementing Office 365 throughout the entire Aller Group across multiple companies.
At Aller Group I oversee approx. 100 staff with eight direct reports and a budget of more than 100 million
DKK. I have enabled a cloud-first strategy with a clear emphasize of architecture and time to market.

saving in millions DKK while increasing IT deliverables and efficiency
